Slade is based in Chula Vista and has spent his career translating complex technical systems into real-world solutions. He has worked with organizations like the CDC, The Walt Disney Company, and the Inter-American Development Bank on AI and data strategy, and most recently inside AchillesHR — a venture-backed AI startup — where he saw firsthand how these systems perform at scale.
He is bilingual in English and Spanish, knows the San Diego market, and has a graduate degree in public policy from UC San Diego and a data analytics certification from UC Berkeley. He is the person who learns your business and makes sure what we build actually solves your problem.
Owen is a UC Berkeley Computer Science graduate and Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of AchillesHR, a venture-backed AI startup that built voice agent technology and automated scheduling systems used by companies across the United States.
He has been building AI-powered products professionally for years — from automated phone screening and candidate scheduling to end-to-end recruiting workflows. He brings that same depth to every system we build for clients. If Slade scopes it, Owen builds it — from scratch, specifically for your business.
